Inside fitness model Steph Claire Smith's wedding to her childhood sweetheart

Fitness model Steph Claire Smith tied the knot in an outdoor wedding with her husband Josh Miller on Saturday exactly a year after the childhood sweethearts got engaged at the same park.

Steph, 25, said 'I do' wearing an Australian-made One Day Bridal two piece before exchanging it for a sultry silk cut out dress at their glamorous reception in Bearii, north of Melbourne, Victoria.

Her rock hard abs were on display in both outfits but prior to the wedding Steph insisted she wouldn't be spending more time in the gym to change her body.

She complimented the look - and kept things comfortable - in a pair of on trend white sneakers.

Steph's beau and business partner Josh, 29, opted for a classic black suit and bow tie that matched the six groomsman standing alongside him at their makeshift altar, set against a stunning lake.

How did Steph exercise before the wedding?

Steph said she wasn't going to up her exercise or change her diet before the wedding.

'It kind of got me thinking about what is it that makes us feel like we have to look different,' she said.

'I don't feel like I need to change, I feel good in my own skin. I'm not changing anything at all'

'I just and enjoy the journey. I've still been eating chocolate and cheese and everything.'
