It seems she wanted to give her sister a big present for her birthday.
For Leah Remini is shown volunteering to pay for her sister Shannon's breast enlargement surgery for her birthday in the trailer for her show It's All Relative.
She makes the announcement as her family sit round the breakfast table to discuss what they are going to be doing that day.

Leah's sister and former assistant Nicole was not convinced however, especially at the prospect of the visit being filmed for the show.

The former King Of Queens star then shouts at the crew: 'You guys can't film my sister's t**s!'
Surprisingly, her mother Vicky did not think it was such a big deal, claiming Shannon had enjoyed flaunting her wares in the past.

She said: 'Well maybe they'll go gay after seeing my saggy raisin t**s.'
Fans will be able to see how thing pan out when the hilarious show airs on TLC on Thursday.
